How to Put on Make up if You Are Blond and Blue Eyed

from wikiHow - The How to Manual That You Can Edit

If you have fair skin, blond hair, and blue eyes, here is a basic guide to perfect make up every time.

Steps

  1. Start by applying moisturizer, preferably with an SPF. Make sure it is not tinted. This makes your skin fresh and smooth, and makes a perfect palette for other make up.
  2. If you have acne, apply a concealer on the spots where you have acne. Dip your pinky in the concealer and dab it on your pimple lightly so as not to over do it. Do this wherever you have noticeable acne. Then apply a powder the same shade as your skin tone on the acne so it stays covered up all day and looks natural. DO NOT over do the concealer, or put the powder anywhere other than your acne. Your skin will look pasty and fake.
  3. Apply a bit of brown pencil eyeliner to the corners of your eyes and the inside of your top lid. It should be barely noticeable, but it will add a little something extra later on.
  4. Apply some creme eye shadow in a light pink (Bobby Brown ballet pink creme eye shadow works great) over you lid. Just use your finger. Make sure you do not over do it!
  5. Take a dark grey/silver creme shadow and put it on an angled brush, not too big! Then draw a thin line in the shadow over your top lash line. Blend it in to the pink a bit so it does not look too dark. This is a lighter version of dark liquid liner that won't over power your fair features.
  6. Apply black mascara to the top lashes. Make sure you don't clump, and do not apply too much.
  7. Top off the look with a clear or slightly tinted lipgloss.

Tips

  • Never wear too much make up!

Warnings

  • This won't look good on everyone with blond hair, blue eyes and fair skin. It is just a general guide. Adapt it to your own features and preferences.
