How to Apply on a Soft Colour on Your Lips Without Lipstick
from wikiHow - The How to Manual That You Can Edit
Lipsticks are very useful, but the colour is often too dark or strong, whether your skin tone is dark or light, or what you're wearing, this method can really help bring out your lips a bit more without putting too much lipstick on.
Steps
- Apply lip liner along the edge of your lips. Preferably a colour one tone lighter than your lip.
- Put on some lip balm and use the end of you lip liner (or a thin brush) to mix the lip liner and the lip balm together. Depending on your lip liner colour, the colour should lighten a bit but will look great.
- Press your lips against tissue or cloth so the lips won't look too greasy or overdone.
Warnings
- Don't over do your lip or it will look like you just ate oily chicken wings without wiping your mouth.
- Be sure to check the colour is not too dark.
- But also check the colour is not too light or you will look like you've been sick.
Things You'll Need
- Lip liner, one tone lighter than your lip tone
- Lip balm
- A small thin brush
